How to reach us
Email is the fastest way in. Write to us at hello@abysslabs.io with a sentence or two about what you are building and where you are stuck, and we will reply, usually within a day. You do not need a polished deck or a finished spec to get in touch; a clear description of the problem you want solved is plenty for a first conversation.
The free intro call
We offer a free thirty-minute intro call, with no pitch deck required. On it we will talk through where your product stands, pressure-test the scope you have in mind, and map a clear next step, whether that is discovery, delivery, traction, or simply some honest advice. If we are not the right team for what you need, we will tell you that too, rather than sell you an engagement.
What to bring
Bring the real picture, not a perfect one. A rough idea, a link to a prototype, a description of a live product, or just the question that is keeping you stuck are all good starting points. The more honestly you describe where you are and what good would look like, the more useful the call will be. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to dress up.
Confidentiality and NDA
We treat what you share with us as confidential by default. If you would like a non-disclosure agreement in place before we talk in detail, that is available on request: send us yours or use ours, and we will sort it out before the conversation. You should never feel that protecting your idea is a barrier to having a useful first chat with us.
Book a time
When you are ready, you can book a slot directly rather than going back and forth over email. Booking is at /go/book; pick a time that works across European and US-overlapping hours and we will meet you there.
