These terms govern your use of the abyssLabs website. By browsing this site or contacting us through it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms do not, on their own, create any client engagement; paid work is governed by a separate signed agreement.

This website is operated by abyssLabs, s.r.o., a remote-first product studio registered in Czechia (Czech Republic). You can reach us at hello@abysslabs.io for any question about these terms.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a disruptive rate, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
Our services
abyssLabs delivers fixed-scope product engagements covering discovery, design, engineering, and growth. Anything described on this website is a general overview for information only and is not an offer or a binding quote. The precise scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline of any project are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Intellectual property
This website and its content, including text, layout, and branding, belong to abyssLabs, s.r.o. and are protected by intellectual property law. For client engagements, ownership of the code and other deliverables we produce transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the relevant engagement agreement, except for any third-party or open-source components and our own pre-existing tools, which remain under their respective licences.
No warranties
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and any information on it is provided in good faith without guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Warranties relating to paid project work, if any, are addressed solely in the applicable engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, abyssLabs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability connected with a paid engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it to understand what data we collect through this site and how we use it. Where the two documents overlap, the Privacy Policy governs questions about personal data.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always applies to your use of the site; we will update the date shown above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Czechia (Czech Republic), the country in which abyssLabs, s.r.o. is registered, and the courts of Czechia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.
