Verified dog pros, booked in under a minute.

doggio is a live two-sided marketplace for force-free dog training and daycare. abyssLabs took it from idea to market, end to end: per-country landing pages that prove demand before a region opens, then a full browse-book-pay marketplace with Stripe Connect payouts. Owners book vetted pros in a minute, and providers get paid on time.

THE CHALLENGE

Force-free care is a trust-first purchase. An owner is handing over their dog, and there was no single place to find vetted pros, compare them, and pay safely. Providers ran on DMs, spreadsheets, and manual invoices. That friction slows every new market and chips away at the trust the category runs on.

OUR APPROACH

We treated go-to-market and product as one system, owned by one team. A marketing surface per country validates real demand before a region flips live, a separate marketplace app handles browse, book, and pay, and shared market config lets each locale launch on its own timeline without forking the codebase. We built trust into the booking model from the start.

A marketplace only earns its first booking if that booking feels safe. We built doggio so trust is the product itself: verified pros, force-free standards, and payments held until the session is done.

WHAT WE BUILT

Per-market entry landings
Country-specific landing pages introduce force-free care, capture owner and provider interest, and explain the standard before a market goes live.
You prove demand and sign up providers market by market instead of launching into an empty marketplace, so supply and trust grow together.
Two-sided marketplace app
Owners discover verified listings, check availability, and finish a booking in one flow. Providers run listings, calendars, and payouts from a single dashboard.
Owners get one clean path from search to booking, and providers run everything from one dashboard. No tool-hopping on either side.
Booking, payments, and payouts
Stripe Connect ties owner payments to provider payouts, so money moves in step with the booking state with no manual invoicing in between.
Money moving late or by hand is what usually breaks a marketplace. We tied payouts to booking state from day one, so providers get paid when the session completes and nobody invoices anyone by hand.
Force-free care library
Editorial guides on humane training and daycare build category trust and earn search traffic ahead of the first booking.
In a trust-first category, education is acquisition. The guides pre-sell the standard and bring owners in before they ever compare a provider.

PROOF POINTS

Kintry

A PM operating system, not another ticket tracker.

Kintry is a live product operating system that connects discovery, delivery, and reporting in one workspace. Insights, PRDs, work hierarchy, roadmap, and cited AI intelligence share a single source of truth, so the next decision and the next stakeholder update reference the same facts. It runs in private beta at kintry.io, with security in from the start.

THE CHALLENGE

Product teams scatter discovery notes, PRDs, delivery tickets, and stakeholder updates across a dozen tools. Context fragments, the roadmap drifts from the evidence behind it, and no one trusts a single status report because nothing links back to source. The PM spends more time reconciling tools than deciding what to build.

OUR APPROACH

We designed Kintry as one thread from insight to shipped work. Discovery artifacts, delivery hierarchy, and AI intelligence live in one workspace with workspace-scoped security, and every AI answer carries citations. The next decision and the next stakeholder update cite the same facts, so reporting stops being an export chore.

Cited product intelligence
AI-assisted research and repository context attach citations to answers, so stakeholders can trace every claim to its source material.
Every answer links to the PRD, insight, or interview it came from, so a stakeholder can click through to the source instead of taking the summary on faith.
Reporting without export gymnastics
Stakeholder-ready views read straight from the same workspace data, with no duplicate decks or stale spreadsheets.
The status report is never a hand-built, out-of-date deck. The workspace is the report, so it's right by default.
Security-first workspace model
Row-level security, workspace isolation, and clear data boundaries for teams that care where their product data lives.
Teams can put sensitive product data in Kintry without a compliance fight, because security is built into the workspace model.
