Find out whether your idea is worth building before you spend real money building it. Discovery is our v0.1 engagement: a two-week sprint that ends in a go/no-go call and a scoped backlog. It runs for one fixed fee, agreed before we start and credited in full toward the build if you proceed. It is for founders and small firms with an idea, an unclear scope, and a decision to make.
Who it is for
Discovery fits founders who have an idea but no proof yet, and small teams who keep debating scope without ever settling it. If you are not technical and want to understand what to build, or you are hands-on and want to pressure-test your assumptions, this is the place to start. You do not need a deck, a spec, or a build budget lined up. You need a question you want answered.
What we do
We talk to your target users, study the competitive landscape, and turn what we learn into a ranked picture of what to build first. We run up to ten interviews with real people in your market, map who else is solving the problem and how, and separate the features users actually want from the ones that only sound good in a meeting.
What you get
A validated plan you can act on. Every finding is written down and explained, so the value stays with you when the sprint ends.

Timeline
The sprint runs two weeks, fixed. Week one, we line up and run the user interviews and map the competitive landscape; week two, we rank the features and write the backlog into a go/no-go recommendation. We agree the dates up front and hold to them. The goal is a decision, and decisions need a deadline.
The outcome
A clear, evidence-backed view of what to build, for whom, and why it will matter to them. Sometimes the answer is that the idea needs to change, or that the timing is wrong; that is worth knowing before you pay for a build. More often you walk away with conviction and a ranked roadmap ready for delivery.
How pricing works
The Discovery Sprint is one fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no retainer, no surprise invoice at the end. If you proceed to the build, we credit the whole fee toward it, so validating first costs you nothing when you continue. You get the exact number on the intro call, and it does not move.
