Product Delivery
Get a launch-ready product from one team that owns every part of building it. Delivery is our v0.2 engagement: we design and build your product and hand it over ready to launch. It comes in three tiers (Lean, Standard, and Complex), each at one fixed price, with production-grade engineering and full ownership transferred on delivery. You pick the tier that fits the product you need; larger builds are staged as phases.
Who it is for
Delivery is for founders and small firms who know what they need to build and want one team to build it well. That includes teams coming out of discovery with a validated plan, and teams arriving with a prototype, a spec, or something assembled with AI tools that now needs to become real software. If your goal is a live product, this is the engagement.
What we do
One team takes the product from design to a launch-ready build: full UX and UI with a clickable prototype, production-grade frontend and backend, and an architecture that can carry real growth. Design and engineering sit under one roof, so decisions never get lost between vendors.
What you get
A complete, working product your team can run and extend without us.
- Full UX/UI design with a clickable prototype you test before we build
- Production-grade frontend and backend, launched
- Architecture that holds up as usage grows
- The repository, the documentation, and a proper handover
Our stack
We build on a proven modern web foundation with AI-assisted tooling: Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma, Pencil, and Perplexity, with PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error tracking. The stack is chosen so another team can pick it up, and you own all of it.
Ownership
On delivery you receive the code, the design, and the intellectual property outright, together with the repository and documentation. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences. Nothing about the product depends on us once it is handed over.
Timeline and pricing
Three fixed tiers, each at one fixed price you get in writing on the intro call, before you commit. What moves you between tiers is scope, never hours.
- Lean MVP · 3 to 5 weeks · one core flow, basic auth, three to five features
- Standard MVP · 8 to 12 weeks · a full web app with API integrations and payments
- Complex MVP · 12 to 16 weeks · AI, real-time, or multi-role work; bigger builds staged as phases
- Every tier includes infrastructure setup and API integration work (running and API costs pass through at cost), 30 days of post-launch stabilization, and full code and IP transfer
- Excluded: privacy policy and terms drafting, which we flag up front
